I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Elite Pad !!!
As claimed by razer it falls in the Elite group of products. The texture of the Mat is awesome.
A bit pricey but if ur a hardcore gamer then u would really like the texture and not compromising on portability and durability.
Cons: White mat can get dirty if not maintained properly.
I would adive you to await for the Megasoma2 if you are a gaming enthusiast and looking for soft-hard hybrid. (It might be better). If u want it right away and price not an concern best Mat . .
