Razer Orca Headset

@hareesh, You my friend are sadly mistaken with your concept of sound! These headphones are excellent! If you think bass is not important for gaming, I think you should stick with the Rs100 headsets. The Orca delivers a very nicely balanced sound, with great lows, mids and exceptional higs. Be it music or games or anything in fact, these headphones give out crystal clear sound and the over the ear design makes the experience even better. Footsteps? You can hear your enemies fart on the other side of the map! ha ha ha. (Tech Note: Don't expect great sound from good headphones if you have a crappy sound source!). In terms of gaming the only con one can point out is the lack of a mic, but then again these are HEADPHONES not HEADSETS! Another thing, these headphones are EXTREMELY comfortable, especially for long hours of gaming or music sessions. The sound quality of these babies is almost at par with some headphones which cost twice as much as these! I'm not bluffing, its tried and tested. And at this price point you cannot expect anything more from them.
Verdict:
Gaming- 9.5/10(that .5 deduction is JUST for the lack of a mic)
Music- 10/10
And FYI, I am a competitive gamer and an armature musician, so I do have a slight idea of what I'm talking about.

Though these headphones look uber beast, only the brave will wear them in public because firstly, they are not noise isolating (razer cares about our health :)) and unless you louuuvvee attention, you will be self conscious weaing these green babe's.
The noise is crystal clear, thumping bass, hard hitting wubs. Deep gun firing sounds, clear footsteps. Razer Orca is the bread and butter of Razer.

great headphones really great.......!!!!!!! hats off to RAZER for giving such good headphones at such an affordable price ...!!! however the lack of mic makes it bad for online gamers else it is the best example to describe a perfectly balanced headphone within the range of Rs. 5000/- ...!!!! however if you are willing to give away 5000rs. then i tell you go for Razer Electra they are the same rate as the orca BUT OFFER MIC AS WELL AS NOISE ISOLATION which you will be sadly missing in ORCA ...!!!!(I CAN TELL THIS BECAUSE I HAVE BOTH BEAUTIES)

Best used for listening music.
If you are using for gaming and will be talking with other via a mic, den this is not the one as it does not have a built-in mic.
Sound is good, but not much heavy bass with mid and treble a little on the high side.

These head phones sure will turn heads when you wear them outside. The good:

Comfortable (Extreme) I couldn't even feel them on my ears.

Bad:

The bass in general on these headphones is not all that deep and powerful for it's price. But it can also depend on the music player and the song as well. Sound leaks a lot. They sound like mini speakers or something on full volume!

So... if you want something that "Looks" cool get it!
Want something that sounds better than "Sounds" better that looking cool? then this is not it.
