Readers' Theater, Grade 2

Readers' Theater helps students practice reading orally with fluency and expression. Each Readers' Theater book contains fifteen complete scripts that provide all the fun and interest of full-scale dramatic productions. All your students can shine thanks to the flexible casting options provided in Readers' Theater, Grade 2. To support struggling and emergent readers, cast two or more students in each role; the extra support of choral reading can make an important difference for many students. Each Readers' Theater volume includes 15 ready-to-read scripts for class productions. A reproducible program allows you to easily list cast members and their roles. A teacher's page for each selection helps build background and vocabulary. Follow-up activities provide practice with grade-level skills in math, language arts, social studies, and science.
