I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Good-one, Great product for cheap price.
Good bag, good quality, I ordered it from flipkart on September, Now its April, and no such defects. I have used this as my laptop bag, as my daily use bag, U may say I have tested it in many different ways for 7 months (till date) that even manufacturer may not have tested & the bag has no scratch even. Great product for cheap price.
Service of flipkart is awesome.

must go for red chilli wilder hook...
red chilli wilder hook at 999 is much better than this one...
it doesnt mean that its a bad choice...but in the long run i hope the former would last enough... the padded compartment so as the back strap,are much better in wilder hook. :)
both delivers a trendy look after all..
