I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Charger can't be used for PS Vita
I got the product on the next day. Delivery was excellent. But i do have a concern with the product. The item description shows that the KIT is for PSP and PS Vita but the charger can't be used to charge PS Vita. The item description is misleading.
It's only for PSP. I was disappointed with the charger as i have PS Vita and I can't use this.
