I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

juz...
gee thought it wud revolve by itdelf..i expected dat wen i chose this product but find out dat it doesnt... and it makes this crazy loud sound dat juz disturbs evryone within a nearby area ...
but its okay cant complain...looks nice actually n does the work.. oh wait no on/off button . gotta do dat from da main switch which is kynda inconvenient..
all in all cant complain.. enjoy

Noisy and time consuming
Brought it for my wife, sounds just like our vacuum cleaner and takes too long to set the curls, I won't recommend it to anyone, better buy a straightener than this.
Flipkart packed it well and delivery was on time!!
