Remington Ci76 Hair Curler

Well, this is the first ever curling iron I purchased. Before this,I had Remington Straitening iron,which I totally loved & been using for last 3 years. I never had problem with it,so when I decided to get curling iron,I got Remington Ci76.

Now,in India we don't really get much of an option from which we can select the hair styling products,unless we get it from some international websites. But whatever are available,Remington is the best out of it.

Experience With Product:
Before I did my curls for the first time,I tried the iron without swathing it on,so I can get basic idea of using it(rather than burning my hair). When I was confident enough,I sectioned my hair,put on hair protecting cream(by L'oreal) & switch on the iron. It took less than 60 seconds to heat it up(which is less than company's claim,so thumbs up for that). Iron got many different heat settings,I used lowest one(gradually increased after getting familiar with it) & started curling my hair.

Now, as it was my first attempt with any kind of curling iron,I tried all kind of the methods,such as Ringlets,waves,loose curls,I even straightened one section. All of them came out looking pretty good. I particularly like the tight curls which was easy to get as barrel is 3/4 inch. Because of this barrel size, you can all different kinds of curls using this single product. No need to buy different sizes of irons.

I don't know how long hair hold the curls,as I had straightened mine just day before,so they didn't really hold more than 4 hours & I didn't use any kind of hair spray to hold those curls cause I wanted to see how long will they be without any spray.

Ease of Use:
It is very easy to use. As I said before,this is the first curling iron I have ever used,I got burned more than I would like to admit(got pretty nasty looking burned on my hand). But if you are familiar with curling your hair,it wouldn't be a problem for you. You just need more practice of handling the iron(I definitely need it).

About Flipkart Delivery:
I like the way it was packed. Already Remington packed the product so nicely,on top of it Flipkart packed it more securely, so when I received it nothing was broken or anything. Another thing, Flipkart said they'll deliver it in 9 days & I got it by 7th day,so that gets a plus from me.

The only reason it does not get all 5 stars,because I used this only once. But I am quite sure,after some time it will get full marks in my book.
For those who likes to read manual very-very thoroughly,please beware. Manual is not really helpful(both hard copy come with product as well as pdf version from Remington website,they both are same). If you are beginner like me,try looking videos online(youtube or similar) for tutorials.

Well first off..this is my 4th order from flipkartin 2 weeks.The service is just impecable.Infact i had ordered 2 products one on 37th nd the other on 28th of this month but both arrived on the 30th since sunday is a holiday.Im really happy with this buy.The curler heats up immediately and the curls are fast and beautiful.The product was very well packed as compared to my other product but both worked perfectly fine.This curler creates 19mm ringlets which i love nd u can do ur whole hed in less than 15minutes..A great buy and great value for money considering u get a heat resistant case too.
