My Hairstylist's Recommendation !
I bought this originally because I just needed a flat iron, after my mom took mine (long story).
Well, it works really good! Remington S8002 works good with dry or wet hair. I usualy use it when my hair is wet, mostly because I take showers in morning. But when your hair is wet, it might scare you because the moisture is let out as steam, and might warm-up your neck.
Remington's S8002 is real wonder after all ......

Awesome Product!
I have naturally straight hair however living in the south I have to deal with high-humidity and frizzy hair. This straightening iron keeps my hair looking silky and shiny. I wash my hair every other day and it keeps my hair silky even the next day. It also dries my wet hair as it straightens. The heat has to be set higher for wet hair and I am so clutzy that I end up burning my fingers so I prefer to dry my hair with my hair dryer then use the iron.
I would highly recommend! just go for it....
Excellent straightener if you dont mind the cost
The broad blades straightens my hair in about 15 minutes. I do not have to wait till my hair gets dry. So very ideal in my situation where i have to race against time everyday to go to work. The world wide voltage setting helped me to effectively straighten my hair during my visit to the US as well. I dont see any cons with this apart from the price. It does get very hot, but the heat setting is what is most important for straightening. So just need to be a little careful not to get burnt.

I realised this straightener was quicker than blow–drying and then straightening. i had a function to attend , it kept my hair frizz free for more than eight hours..... i could feel the straightener left my hair straighter and smoother for longer....
I definately recommend this straightener to all of those hair concious ppl out there.... am Happy :)
