Synopsis and Features

In Resident Evil 6, the main characters in the previous instalments all come back to find the necessary answers in this game. Playing 4 different campaigns, you will follow Leon, Jake, Chris and Ada as they figure out how the new virus was unleashed on unsuspecting civilians. Travelling across the globe, you will learn the real motive behind the attacks and deaths. Horror is abundant in Resident Evil 6. It will make you scream, shut your eyes tight and then present you with villains that will make gross look like an understatement.

Developed and published by Capcom, Resident Evil 6 includes many new types of zombies and demons. The single-player campaign will allow you select between 3 different scenarios which are interconnected by a single storyline. A 4th scenario is unlocked after you complete the 3 levels. This is a great addition as you can once again experience the danger and fear from a fresh perspective.

For the first time in the series, the upgrade system focuses especially on your character. You can collect points dropped by fallen enemies to upgrade your character. A new skill point system assigns points that help you in improving your character’s strength and fighting skills. The game also includes an advanced control system that allows you to shoot when you are moving, sliding or rolling in any direction. Melee kills are especially fun if you ever come in close contact with a zombie.

Online Features

A zombie game is nothing if its multiplayer isn’t strong enough. In Resident Evil 6, you can annihilate zombies in any way you like as it features various new modes in multiplayer. These include the Mercenaries mode, Agent Hunt: where you can play as the vicious J’avo and many others. You can play co-op campaigns with other players if you go online.

You can improve your skills and challenge the best players from across the world to climb up the leaderboards. New types of zombies are available in maps such as Urban Chaos and others. Various DLC packs are on offer that includes Rail Yard, High Seas Fortress, The Catacombs and many others.
