
The goals of this book are: to give the reader some insight into how to know themselves better; understand the three phases of responsibility growth - childhood, teenager, and adult; tie these three phases of responsibility growth to foundation skills, and workplace competencies - life skills; talk about the difference between a "Job" and a "Career;" and finally, provide a tool that allows an individual a way to systematically think about planning for their future.
This book is organized to show each reader how their responsibility grows over time, and how Foundation Skills and Workplace Competencies are integrated into this responsibility growth. It gives every reader a blueprint of how these things fit together and why these things are important to each and every one of us in achieving a high quality of life.
