I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Color is "Fluorescent" not Yellow !!!
First of all thanks to flipkart for timely delivery as always.
Now coming to the product, Highlighter is not of high quality like Schneider, Faber-Castell, Luxor but larger in size but slim so I can't ascertain whether the actual ink is more or not.
Never thought Reynold product will be so inferior. I received five and all have loose cap, they don't fit nicely, which will make the ink dry faster. Though pen works okay but quality of body makes me worry about how long it will go.
MOST IMPORTANT: Don't go by the heading thinking this product to be really of Yellow color, its "Fluorescent" only. I am aware its mentioned in the specification but I believe it would be more appropriate if "Fluorescent" color is mentioned in the heading itself so customer won't get confused.
Even a friend of mine ordered Yellow Highlighter from "Schneider" and she experienced the same problem. I am pretty sure all other highlighters where Yellow is mentioned will actually be Fluorescent. So friends, be sure, you are ordering fluorescent highlighter than a yellow one. :)

the product is very good at a reasonable price ..............the only thing which am not satisfied is the clours.both green and yellow does not lokk like different ..................they are of same shade............and the delivery was really slow...i dont know ..nowadys am receiving all the shipments....delayed
