I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Awsome Pen...
The pen is working very smoothly....it has a good grip. and a long writing ink too.!.. Best Buy.....better than RS 35 Trimax...The ink of trimax dries after sometime and works lightly...but it works consistently through out....! better than any other penn...guys go for this
