About Author :
Dr S D Sharma had his post-graduate education at the Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi. During his career, he worked at the Central Rice Research Institute, Indian Agricultural Research Institute and National Bureau Of Plant Genetic Resources. He has been a member of many national and international committees on rice genetic resources of rice. He has been a member of many national and international committees on rice genetic resources.
Prof B C Nayak had his M.Sc(Ag) and PhD degrees in Agronomy from the Orissa University of Agriculture & Technology, Bhubaneswar (Orissa). He then served the Orissa University of Agriculture & Technology, Bhubaneswar (Orissa). Prof Nayak has specialized in cropping system resarch and published more than 50 research papers and 30 extension papers in national level journals and is the author of 6books.
