Risk Assessment In The Food Chain Of Children - Proceedings Nestle* Nutrition Workshop, Czech Republic

Pediatricians, toxicologists and other scientists from around the world met at the 44th Nestle workshop (date unspecified) to debate the upper safe intake limits of certain nutrients, children's capacity to handle toxins, environmental pollutants and pesticide residues in baby food and breast milk, novel foods and novel hazards, and the role that food safety scientists, public health officials, regulators, food producers, and consumer groups can play in communicating risk assessments to the public.
