A Roller Coaster Ride!

Its time to get over the childish infatuation which has developed into a pretty perverse kind of affair. Get over the IIT/IIM brand of literature. Its so sad that good India Literature is being held captive to such shoddy pieces of writing and literature ranting about the same old things. The old wine in a new bottle can only sell and be read for a certain amount of time, what all of you authors don't understand is overselling is going to kill this new brand of authors forever. Also, all this literature is being loathed around for the quality of written substance in it.

Please Think about these things while ranting about your IIT/IIM love affair.

first of all hats of to saumil!!!....produced a masterpiece with a coup....
roller coaster ride is a story of love and despair...it teaches us a lot of things which whether u r n IITian or not...of any age group...you'll love this book...a complete package for all...fast paced and always keeps you on your toes...i wasn't able to resist finishing it in a single shot....
it's a story of an IITian who falls in love wid a BITSian girl...then there life takes lot of turns and the characters are such lovely framed that you always feel deeply attached to them...it motivates you and teaches what we should or rather what we should resist doing in life...now i'll not go in more details...but i'll strongly suggest you too to read it....
and saumil m desperately waiting for your next book...keep the good work GOING!!!

To start with, the book is TYPICAL. Loser boy of IIT, hits on girls on the Internet. Falls in love with her. Then gets a job, shifts cities, girl fights, boy cries, girl fights a little more, boy goes all the way to another city to meet him.
Somewhere in the middle comes in another girl. Boy falls in love with her after his first girlfriends cheats on him. Literally!!!!
The book is completely whacko and at the end of it you think. Why on earth would anyone want to write an entire story based on this? Locations are realistic(those who have lived in Gurgaon will know that the KPO in the book screams "Evalueserve"). If my common sense serves me correctly, this is mostly the authors own story of being cheated in love and finding friends. Unfortunately the finding friends bit doesn't come across at all. The ending could have been more impactful.
On the whole there is nothing extraordinary about the book, its the usual stuff about girls loving coffee and IITians being maniacs towards the female species.
Not to forget there are at least 60 typing/spelling errors in the book. At times you don't know who is saying what!
BUT, reading about the world and learning more. We sure learn what goes on in the top floor of the so-called brightest minds of our country!

that's a wonderful product at your first shot..
i just started it when i took a break from my studies , but i could never go back before completing the whole book. the characters are so lively that you yourself get so much involved that u start feeling like one of them, watching everything in front of your eyes. it shows the various characters whom, almost everyone, will experience in their lives and gives us the clue what to do and what not to, at the very crucial times in our lives.. this book contains everything, in which love and affection, friendship and other emotions play a major role. i would rather stop here and surely suggest that this book contains something or the other for everyone from young to old, so reading it makes you happy in a lot of ways...
Dude, i will surely wait for your second book......

always enjoyed reading indian books.. but this one is unusual..

there are lot of gramatical mistakes and some of the matter is non-detailed.. the book is worth 3.5 stars, because of the errors, i would give onyl 3 and good book..

completed this book in just 2 days.. that must be my record.. completing it in 2 days is a very big thing for me.. hopefully anyone can compelete it in 1 day, i take a week to complete books like that... but this one.. i couldn't leave the book until i compelete it.. worth-a-read one...
