THE ROOKIE BOOKIE Earl Tarkman was a mathematical genius and knew how to run a gambling ring. Earl was hoping for a football or baseball scholarship from a big university program, and his goal was to make a quarter million dollars from the ring so he would not have to work while he attended University. When his staff runs into the newly arrived "Mafia," he finds out his organization is no match for these criminals. It is not too long before the Mafia catches wind of Earl's ring and he is forced to join them.
