How do I place a Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) order?

I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Not Worth It
For the kind of price tag, the paper quality is rather BAD. Never judge a book by its cover.
Pros:
The looks - smart chic sophisticated (trying to be like Moleskine)
Cons:
You cannot use - fountain pens, roller balls, pilot pens, gel pens etc - They will blot. This book makes a very expensive blotting paper. Its like this; I took my fountain pen, began writing in it. It absorbs the ink really fast, so it begins to blot, and I was using a fine nib pen the result is that it looks like extra medium nib has been used. Not only that, if you hold it for a micro second extra, you'll have dots on the back of the page, and if you hold it another second extra, it will blot through and come on the third page.
If you intend to use a ball pen and a pencil ONLY, then you should buy this.
By ABSOLUTELY NO means this is for professional artists - they wouldn't be able to use any pen or colour pens on this. Forget jotting down ideas and sketching in it.
For this kind of price tag, not cool rubberband.
Moreover, you'll miss having an elastic on top that will hold the cover together.
You'll also miss having an inner pocket in it, to store lose sheets of tiny paper.
They tried to copy Moleskine - EPIC FAIL
This one has stitch binding that may not always be straight in line.
The cover unlike the other ones is a thick paper/like a chart paper. If you fold the edge by mistake, then well you'll have to learn how to live with a shabby looking cover.
Overall my ONLY issue is that the paper quality is really bad.
Ofcourse it is NOT flipkart's fault. Timely delivery as always. Unexpectedly early in fact!

A bit steeply priced, but not totally unhappy
I just received this from Flipkart, 250 bucks for a couple of blank notebooks sounds a bit overpriced for me.
However the "stitch" binding is excellent and the blue and green pages contrast well to black cover.
The punch holes to enable to file were kind of a deal breaker for me, hence the 3 stars. The paper material and build quality is what you pay for so i am not very disappointed with the price. I am waiting for a fine roller to use on this book and will revise my revise based on the experience of actually using it for the intended purpose.

Awesomeness
Lovely product by Rubberband and thanks flipkart for making it available to all people across india. The book is awesome. The Black cover is so sturdy to hold and pages feel like silk. Just seeing the pages will make you want to use the books day in and out. My office colleagues will be so jealous !! Hurray for a wonderful product.
