excellent cook book

This book is an excellent book for those who want to learn or are learning to cook maharashtrian dishes.
It consists of all daily dishes and also useful tips as to make masalas or chasni(sugar syrup)
I am using this book for all my Diwali preparations, and the quantities in this book given r simple too.No kilo or grams,but just a katori and spoon,so easy to remember.
