About Author :
Prof. C. Narasimha Rao, presently heading the Department of Rural Development and the Centre for Scientific Socialism, Acharya Nagarjuna University, Andhra Pradesh. He obtained his Post-Graduate degree in Economics from Andhra University, Waltair. He received his Ph.d. in Political Economy from the Institute of Economics, KIEV. Profe Rao has so far organised fourteen National Seminars.
