It's All Understood

Walking into a Nursing Home with a newborn baby was an experience I'll never forget. You hear about how much these residents enjoy a visiting pet, well just try walking in with a baby. It'll turn the whole place upside down. We're talking ex-moms and grandmothers whose arms literally ache to hold an infant. I began writing this story after visiting an Aunt in a nursing home, to show her "our new baby." The minute I hit the door, I was swamped with ladies begging to see or hold my new little one. When I relented and let them hold the baby, I saw teary eyes, as they were obviously flooded with memories. I realized it must be a powerful feeling for them to be able to hold a baby once again, in their tough circumstances. If you believe in the possibilities of destiny and the power of love, this is the book for you. This is a story of an abandoned baby girl who was found by a group of elderly ladies who of all places, live in a nursing home. The baby is hidden away for a while, but is eventually discovered. This seemingly insignificant throwaway child dramatically changes every life she comes in contact with and eventually, the world. The baby grows up to become the first female President of the United States. Deserted as an infant, she grows up to become the most influential person in the world... most definitely the stuff that makes America great.
