The story of a boy who eventually grew up to be called "The God of Cricket," this is the biography of Sachin Tendulkar.
Summary of the Book
The Indian tour of Pakistan of 1989 is memorable for many reasons. Not the least was the debut of one of cricket's youngest players: a boy, not yet quite 17, named Sachin Tendulkar. Tendulkar's rise to fame is one that was heralded by many. He was constantly the recipient of much applause and his career has been called one of the golden ages of Cricket. At 20 he was already one of the best players, and his eventual rise through the ranks and the hall of fame proved that the applause, though intimidating, was not undeserved. This is his biography, the story of the Master Blaster himself.
