trust me, extremely good.

average, clicks decent pictures during the day. flash not powerful at all.

SALORA SM 401 IS A VERY GOOD PRODUCT AND THE BATTERY BACK UP IS VERY GOOD AND A FINE SOUND QUALITY. DUE OVERCHARGE THE BATTERY BACK UP IS LESS SOME OF THESE DAYS I HAVE TO CHANGE THE BATTERY NOW. OTHER THINGS ARE OKAY.

All things are good as above said. while looking for contacts they showed skull image in caller book that looks very silly. when I try to add caller photo by clicking edit,no options to add the picture. Next try with direct images use as-caller picture-selected names no use it says " no names selected". But I can able to add the picture with the option "add new contact-caller picture". however it is annoying while looking for a contact with the skull images. Give me some suggestions to avoid ...

I brought The Salora SM401(Green) from Flipkart.com for my father. Its a great phone in that price. My father likes to listen to music and the speaker is very loud,he is very happy. The headphones are so good that I kept it for myself. The Display is big and the camera is good.
If anyone wants to buy this phone, go ahead. You wont regret.

Now coming to the features

First of all - An Indian Brand name - SALORA , it never gives a chinese feeling because everyone born before 90's know this brand name , so it has a brand value.

Look & Feel - Look is same as shown in picture here , attractive , feel on the upper green cover is not so smooth , but overall feel in hand is quite comfortable .......

WHEN WILL IT COME AGAIN ITS A GOOD PHONE I BROUGHT 1 ALREADY ONLY PROBLEM IS HEAD PHONES IT WILL NOT WORK AFTER 2 MONTHS SO IMPROVE THAT. AND REMAINING ALL FEATURES ARE GOOD AND BATTERY POWER ALSO. I NEED 1 MORE PHONE BECAUSE I AM CHANGING FROM CDMA TO GSM.

Good and Handy one

Pros: a) Good design, wide display, looking, tough and durable structural built up
b) Very good Battery back up
c) Audio quality and Head set are very good and pleasant one
d)Many good features at very low price
Cons: Poor camera, however tolerable at this price; software is similar as MAXX-333 and even same games, however overall features far better than MAXX-333; hard keys and not so user-friendly.

i've got phone in three days in excellent condition as flipkart service is AWESOME !!!
But the phone is not so good as expected from other reviews.
though all functions are as mentioned, works perfect but some cons are :
1) no function for torch.
2) not java supported , no other application
3) volume control very poor, with "#" and "*" as "up" and "down" volume
4) it is a CHINA PHONE
one can use it as spare phone as you can not expect much in as low budget of 1500 rs
