I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Good LED TV: Few points to consider
This LED TV is good if you are going to use as a dual (Monitor+TV). Samsung has 2 models in 22 inches (5000 /5005) and the difference is the VGA connectivity in 5000 model. When I tried to use the VGA port with PC, trust me it was one of the worst experience, I am not sure people will use VGA as the picture quality degraded so much. In my opinion, VGA port is not worth in this LED TV, as people will rather use HDMI port for connecting to PC (or if they don't have the HDMi port, its worth to buy a new nvidia card rather giving 1000 rs extra for a VGA port). Also I have noticed problem in picture when connecting to Tata sky HD set top box with HDMI port, AVI is working fine. Rest this LED 22 5000 model is perfect. PC Gaming is enjoyable :) perfect for a small room / study room or as a replacment of traditional computer monitors.
Let mek now in case of any further information required.
Last thing..I bought this for 15,500.

Value for money
Good Value for money, Picture Clarity Good LED quality (not Excellent),
Can connect External Hard disk > 1 TB, which is not available in other competitor eg LG 22LS3300 does not support more than 4/8 GB,
Support most of the video formats
Sound Quality good for a bedroom
Preferred Wall mounting..
Delivery was excellent (as it was a self delivery by Flipkart)
Samsung Customer care was also equally upto the mark with a very good response time

Great television.
Excellent picture quality!
Plays most of the movie file types.
Sound quality is good but the maximum volume is not really very high!
Easy, very easy installation.. did it myself in like 3 minutes(table top of course).
You need separate cables to connect it to an external speaker.
Not yet checked the HDMI support!

useless to take
Hi all I have taken this through flipkart only useless to buy this one flipkart delivery is very best but the product info page showing headphone jack but there is no jack in tv Just take if u want as monitor
waste product my 15k waste with this product Dont even imagine to take this product
