m loving my this full hd lcd,,best thing in this model is that sound is just wowwwwww,amazing,800w and u will feel the difference with the others and also it supports all the formats no need to convert the format of the video,JUST GO FOR IT

Booked the TV on May 1st...delivered 4 days later...a vertical line appeared 2 days later...TV was taken back by Samsung by the end of may,with refund of course. This is my experience with this TV in brief words.

Now for the review part, the best feature of this device is undoubtedly the speakers. The sound quality is very good which is further enhanced by the built in sub woofer. Other things worthy of mention include the full HD display, sumptuous amounts of connectivity option which includes 2 USB ports which is not a common feature in other models in the same price range, a touch screen type of buttons in the front panel.

I was surprised to find this device supported even my 2TB external HDD. As per some reviews I had read earlier, only upto 500 GB was supported. But all went well with 2TB as well. And pretty much played all formats video -> avi,mkv,mp4,flv etc.,
Though it threw an error when I tried to test it with a 1080p 11gb size dark knight movie, probably had something to do with the codec format of the video.
I basically have only a cable tv connection at home with no set top box, but the video quality was ok and is not worth complaining about but drawback was I got only 84 channels.

After the TV showed signs of defect I contacted flipkart and they sent over a service engineer from Samsung, who even after 3 visits neither confirmed it was a defect or that he would be replacing the entire TV or only some part. Later was tricked by Samsung on the lines that they do not have stock of this product and I would have to wait for 2 months or can go for refund. So I went for the refund hoping to buy the same again, only to find out the price had increased by 1k on flipkart.

My suggestion -> Go for it as it is the top most model in 32inch LCD category from Samsung. No need of external speaker, supports most of video formats. Worth the money spent. Just beware of the service as my guess is the TV costs 2-3k costlier in showroom hence probably better service would be provided to such people. Refund to those buying at cheaper rates online :(

I ordered this TV via flipkart on 17th Dec. The TV was delivered to me on 20th Dec. I am very impressed by flipkart both interms of the professional service provided and also the competative rates provided.
TV is fantastic, it has great sound. I used a 1TB hard disk along with it and tried playing lot of file formats and it played it all.
I also considered Sony 32NX520 but choose this as it played variety of file formats and has excellent sound (40W) and also costs some 4K lesser. I am very happy that i choose this TV over sony TV. I highly recommend this TV to others.

If i have to buy another TV, i will buy SAMSUNG only.

I bought this TV a couple of weeks ago. I still haven't got a cable TV connection and have been using the TV only for watching movies from my external HDD or a pen drive.

The image quality is pretty good and the audio quality as well, though the sub-woofer seems to be a too low and I personally havent found a way to increase bass (there might be an option, but I dont know).

But the only issues I am facing is that when a movie is being played from a USB device, the video and audio freezes every 20 mins or so. And it has happened with every single file I have tried playing including m2ts and mkv formats.

Flipkart product delivery time is awsome. The product was delivered in a day.
This TV has excellent Clarity of 1080 HD. We need to connect a DTH HD box to use its max HD features.

compared to the 550 series I would prefer this 580 series as it has two additional speakers which gives good sound effects.
