Although its a good phone, and so many good features some things are absent. Dont know whether they have done it intentionally.

AND HEY FRIEND, DURING RECIEVING A CALL PRESS AND HOLD THE VOLUME DECREASE KEY, THEN THE PHONE BECOMES SILENT !

camera clarity good but could be 2mp. When call going on in one sim, call waiting option is there only for the sim which call is going on, the other sim will be out of coverage and we will not recieve any call or msg in other sim.
Apart from these this phone really SUPERB and you will definitely love it...!!!

Yes, I agree with some of the reviews - this set gets restarted for no rhyme or reason! This happens more often when we try to call somebody,.

Another feature that is missing is to silence calls - you have to either accept or reject calls.

I also tried to install the m indicator - that does not work too!!!!!!! All my friends, family and colleagues liked the set and I have not told them about the problems I go thru' with it with the idea that I should go to a dealer and sort out things. I hope the dealer would be able to help me.

Hi.. I bought this phone after much searching on the net for my wife. She was tired of carrying 2 phones. Aboslutely stunning.. I am a Nokia fan and have about three E63 phones.. I loved the Samsung.. great track pad.. mailing, sms, and many simple features like template creation from anywhere. Would have loved to have WI-fi on it, a better resolution camera.. and more memory inbuilt. But it.. its a great phone.

I purchased the Samsung Chat C3222 a week back. Some points one should remember before going for this one:
1) This is "NOT A DUAL SIM ACTIVE PHONE". its only a dual Sim standby. Earlier Flipkart had this listed as dual sim active and I purchased it after going through that. However when I started using the phone it turned out that if one of the sim is active the other one gets unreachable. It happens even if you use the gprs or data connection.
2)The key pad is not that gr8 to work with.
3)Sound is also not good, but if you can manage to get a good headset it will be ok.

However, also would like to point that the service offered by Flipkart is amazing.The phone was delivered after two days of placing the order.And Customer service is also great.

I bought this phone a week ago.net browsing in default browser is horrible.then after i installed opera.while browsing in opera it is restarting frequently.dont know where is the fault.please any one can tell the reason.phone is also not detected by getjar or zedge.unable to steam videos through online.unable to play mp4 videos of high bit rate.camera could be better.keypad is hard and making sound while typing.the only thing that i like in this is optical track pad.
