The Duos Touch supports 2 card slots (CDMA & GSM); both connections remain active simultaneously, giving the convenience of using one phone with two mobile numbers. The W99 comes with a responsive and intuitive Touch Screen display.

The handset supports 64 Polyphonic ring tones; you can even set your favourite MP3 track as your ring tone. The Duos Touch can store up to 1000 contacts (Each contact: 5 numbers) & 1000 SMSs (500 CDMA & 500 GSM). The phone is embedded with a high-definition 2 mega pixel digital camera with 4X digital zoom. It can also function as a camcorder for video recording. The W299 supports Stereo FM with one time auto tuning for up to 30 FM stations, giving you quick access to your favourite stations.

The phone is embedded with a document viewer; you can transfer your Excel, Word, PDF documents from the PC to handset and view/edit these files on the go. The device comes with a Emergency SOS Alert function; pressing the send key 4 times will send an SOS message to up to 10 chosen numbers in your phonebook. When any of the number calls back, the device automatically receives the call.
