According to me this is very good phone,but it can be better like one side they have given 1650mah battery but on the other side they have reduced camera from 5 mp to 3 mp.On the other hand they haven't increased the processor and screen size also like the processor can be of 1gh or 832gh.The good thing is that,that the company is giving dual active sim but the decline point is that we can use one GSM and other is CDMA.

I was planning to buy a Dual SIM Dual Active Samsung mobile for last few days and settled with this model after reading the reviews of all the samsung dual SIM mobiles in flipkart. Bought this for my father who is still on CDMA network. The smartphones available for CDMA network are few and far in between so choices are very limited. Decent screen size though the touch capability is bit non linear at times.

Delivery via Flipkart took a little over a week. I wasn't in hurry so it worked for me

I have used Galaxy S LCD 4GB before & was also using the Samsung Galaxy Pop I559 so thought that instead of using two different handsets one for gms & another for cdma this new dual sim gsm/cdma handset would be a great convenience. The handset though is good otherwise the fact that internet is only active in cdma mode is definitely a great disappointment. The battery drains out fast if the internet is kept on.

I had purchased this phone for my mom for her use on Reliance CDMA. And it does the job that my mom can be familiar. It is ease of use and touch with compatibility with CDMA, Music, photos and wireless functionality make is ease for my mom to use. All these features in compact device has made me purchase it for my dad.

Well this is my first Android mobile. I use a CDMA sim as well as GSM, so I went for Samsung Galaxy Ace duos instead of HTC Desire VC (my bad luck) .

I have bought it from a Samsung Smartphone Store and I have to admit I have a horrible experience with this mobile.

The battery gets dried up in 9-10 hours even though if I am not using internet. Plus when you are charging it, it becomes very hot within some time.

Nothing great about it except the fact that is is dual active and CDMA+GSM combo.

It's a CRAP DEVICE,

PROS
- a very good display
- very good music audio quality
- very good music player, one of the best among samsung galaxy series.

CONS
But it also has it's dark side.
- battery is very poor.
- Low internal memory of no use, can not install app.
- cannot play FLV files
- two cdma sim does not work at same time.
- only one CDMA and one GSM sim works at same time
- EV-DO modem is there no gprs or GSM 3G modem

Please avoid these handset if you want to be a power user, buy...

CDMA user always struggling for good phone and even after release of ACE I589. After paying 13,500/-, you will get
1. Internet with CDMA
2. 3 megapixel camera
3. No secondary camera
4. 1650 MAH battery is eye wash, even without surfing internet battery will not stand for 24 hrs. Just think for browsing back up ????????

I have bought this phone 15 days back and I am pleased with my choice till this point.
I had no other option prior to this as no other Android phone matched my requirement of CDMA/GSM (except Micromax and so on).
