I am using this product for the past 6 months and would rate 3.5 for this tab. I bought it from a shop and not from flipkart, as i was buying it in a hurry.

I bought this tab for using 3G which is the best thing of this tablet, yes i now download upto the speeds of 600 - 700 kbps very easily. So it met my primary need very greatfully.

Then the screen is perfect, when compared to the micromax p600 I felt the money and the quality of this product, Still the screen is not the best available in...

Pros:
Front camera is clear while using Skype.
Fast response processor speed is good.
video clarity is good.
Cons:
Internal memory available to use is only 4 gb remaining used for android files
sound Clarity is not up to the mark

This product is good but could be best. Dual core is doing well but multi task is missing. Google voice search n s voice is very resposive. But power button of my purchased tab is little bit pressed inside so whenever the button is pressed for locking the tab, power off option is appearing, a little bit upset with a new product of such a brand. This certainly is a great tab. It is lighter in weight and very handy too. There is a huge difference between the Tab 2 & 3 specially in the handling and look wise segment. Samsung has smartly reduced the width of the body without compromising the screen size. The tab is very user friendly as i bought it for my Dad so that we can be connected through Video calling. This tab is very good for all category purpose. Only the thing is that the price is slightly more than what actually it should be.

Pros over other Tab of Samsung:
Good Look (better than Tab 3: T311), 1GB RAM is enough good, Home Button (which is absent in Tab 2), Easily fits in Jeans n other garment's Pocket.

Pros over Tab of Micromax:
Quality look, More scratch resistant, 3 MP camera gives better image than Micromax, better battery backup, faster internet, less hangout over use of multiple...

I cant believe Samsung didnt included a "headset" a Single headset even its a calling tab..

mind it , tab 2 is thicker and +8gb space more , but tab 3 SLIM , stylish so i chose this over tab 3.

Worth buy......if u r buying for the first time & its under budget !!!!

Or else buy 8' inch wifi+3G tab...thats awesome...

Here's a review after a week of usage.
Purchased it from a Samsung store for 16,300.
Its lightweight but holding it for long time is difficult due to thin bezels.
I prefer the touch wiz UI over stock android.
Reply to people who think its OVERPRICED-NO ITS NOT.
model launched in US for $200 doesn't have cellular capabilities.
Note- It doesn't have IR blaster.
Update to android 4.2.2 isn't available yet.
the language pack update to support Indian languages is now available.

I ordered this tablet from saholic. com , its a cool tablet and contains all the features of a good tablet its touch quality is fine and performance is also good its camera takes remarkable pictures but there is one problem I would like to share that by the burben of apps it frequently hangs disabling unnecessary ones solves the problem. I would rate it 4.5.
