Very poor reception
I am actually surprised that a cellphone developed by one of the leading manufacturers of cellphones in the world in the year 2011 can perform so poorly whenever the signal strength is less than full strength.
The phone routinely disconnects and the software freezes and reboots. It performs extremely poorly on the basic parameter of being able to make a phone call on a normal GSM network.
The phone is very feature rich and about 6 months ago when I bought the phone, it seemed too good to be true that a cellphone could provide so many features for only Rs 3000. Well, it was actually too good to be true. On the same network, my wife's NOKIA 5130 which I had purchased a few years ago is able to connect without a whiff of trouble.
I am also very surprised that some people have actually praised the cell on flipkart.
However, I am very satisfied with FLIPKARTs delivery and packaging for all my purchases via their portal.

Very Bad Phone, Bad review also, Will never resommand
Before starting review, I just want to urge people that Please review any product only after using it for sufficient time. I had looked around review of this product and then decided to buy. But nothing went well with this phone, for first 3 months it worked fine then "Devil" started dancing.
Before buying this phone I was looking for low cost 3G enabled phone. I bought this one around 6 months back. Here is my review. This was my first Samsung experience.
1) Pros : Cheap, Decent features
2) Cons: Gets restarted very frequently many-many times during the call, Call is getting drop after 3-4 minute sometimes earlier also. It can leave signal at any point of time. This is so far my worst experience with any phone.

because...
according to price 3090...there are so many features, not so many almost all features... :) included 3G (3.6mbps)....!!
nice phone!!!! but the thing is only back panel is made up of low quality material....and this is negotiable also if u will see price of the phone....!!!!

scratch proof, crystal clear display,
plastic key board is really good as compared to rubber,
decent battery backup
cons-
primary and secondary camera are average
back cover is little delicate to remove
usb cum charger point some problem some time display reverses little scratch with pin fix it.
video calling is poor streaming
frequent disconnection when surfing net on pc through this handset..
overall good buy

Nice Budget Phone
Samsung Hero E3213 is a very nice budget phone from Samsung.I am using for last 4 weeks. Positive points; 3G with video calling facility( no other branded mobile is available for Rs3100/), good voice clarity, ergonomically designed key pads( easy to type),nice mp3 player and FM radio and good look, good battery backup. The only negative point of the phone is camera.Definitely it can be labelled as a value phone
