Very useless product by Samsung. Mobile speaker went bad in about 1 year of use .Sound during a call vey low. No availability of spares in local market.Since guarantee period was almost over I did not try any Samsung service centre as these are at very far away place from my house. I will never buy any Samsung mobile in future.

Got this phone for home use (anybody can use phone not personal)...

the phone is easy to use for all ages.. young and old...

great basic phone with dual sim slots...

I have been using it for past one year found no issues with battery backup which was my major priority in buying this phone. A full charge will stay two days with frequent calls and texting which is the best part of the phone.

This is really a good offering by samsung for this price. Barring few flaws, it's the music player that's gonna impress you. Powerful, clear and totally enjoyable! I use this phone more as an mp3 player!

I ordered this phone for my father. He just needs a phone with simple features but color screen. He is using this phone from last 1 year with no issues till now and best part is this you can use a data card to store songs.
Go for this phone if you want a normal with good looks and color screen with brand name of Samsung.

I bought this phone around 4 months ago. Initially it was pretty good. But later on I found the phones.
1) Battery strength is not very good. Hardly lasts 1 and a half day. If you make your brightness on zero then it will last for two days.
2) If you stay on phone for a long time i mean with gf or wife or with anyone then let me tell you that the last will become 1 day.
3) Torch is not so powerful.
4) Dual Standby is not available. You need to switch to any particular sim by holding the '#' key. and until you change, it will remain same.
5) While you are on a call on sim 1, then you will not get any call from sim 2. It will be not reachable.
6) While you are using music player you can't send any sms or can't do any other work. It means no background music facility.
7) Now a days we get air tight headphone but this phone comes with old style headphone , which doesn't stay in the ears, it comes out..
8) Only 4gb storage capacity..(CRAP)
9) Sound is not so good...satisfactory
10) It has a facility of using 3.5mm jack but you can't take call by that else you can listen but the other person will not be able to listen you.
11) No facility to change music mode like pop, jazz, large hall etc.

Many other things are there... so small price but the list is so long....

Well now that its permanently discontinue from Flipkart it doesnt make sense reviewing this but I'm getting bored. So bear with me :D

Cons:
Music player is crap. Moving through songs is a pain. To change songs the song playing stops and only then u can change songs
You cannot play songs and do other things at the same time
The contact search thing is annoying. (have to go into options then search. its very basic and should be default. also search is only from start of contact. doesnt not search any character in name)
File manager interface is very slow

Still a 4 since it does play music and that is very very imp for me (no camera phones allowed inside so my S2 rots outside)

This phone is absolutely a true VALUE FOR MONEY,, its battery backup,,its working,,its capacity ,,its weight and its a rough and tough phone that any one can use the way he/she wants to.

Very Good Phone as its price range and dual sim, sound quality is also good, battery backup is also good. one more thing its having 2 jack points for ear phone one is 3.5mm jack and another is mirco usb jack.

I bought this phone from flipkart about 7-8 months back.
I've never purchased a phone more than Rs.3000, and I've been using phones for the last 7 years. So I know a lot about low end phones
I'll write the review point-wise for clarity.

Pros.
1> The battery back-up is decent. It is much less than Nokia X1-01, but its decent.
2> It has bluetooth. Data transfer is easy and you can always use a card reader.
3> Music is awesome. Both in speakers and in headphones.
4>Call quality is okay. I've experienced noise and disturbances a few times, but it just about gets the job done.
5>Dual Sim works fine. It is kinda ideal for me as I've to move between states frequently.
6>These are almost all the features that really matter. It has calender, alarm clock and stuff that every phone has. I mean, at the same price you can get a china phone with a lot more features. So, decide carefully.
7>Flipkart delivery is super cool. So don't worry about that.
