All in all a good product
Flipkart: Acquisition of the product from the manufacturer took almost 4 days, which i was promptly informed about on phone, the delivery was snappy after that though..the item arriving well within the time frame i had chosen.
Oven:
The highs-
1) Looks great in its black color, the cavity is super fine and clean looking, the turntable is made of glass adding to the sturdiness of the product.
2) Heats food very well though so 5 stars for the actual usage.
The lows-
1) The downside to its color is that the viewing glass used is darkened as well, so food visibility is not so great.
2) The color used for the auto reheat and defrost buttons (a light teal shade) is a very poor choice making the characters in white extremely difficult to read.

Samsung ME83HD-B Solo 23 Litres Microwave
Ok performance.... warmth/ heating level is comparatively less than my earlier Micro,may be due to the less wattage for this microave oven.
The only issue is the door lining is so dark that you are unable to view the food being heated inside...Sansung should have planned it better and am also skeptical about the life of the touch panel ??
