i got the before 11 months now it got repaired.. i need a warranty service for my phone. the phone got a motherboard problem, and is swithching on and off continously without doing anyother operations,so i need a recovery from the flipkart team. thanking you..

The phone has no defect . Flipkart as usual is very good in its maintainence of product quality but my experince of using dis phone is very bad. I consider even a symbian phone bettrr and morover nvr go for samsung if u want to purchase a windows phone. I purchased it from a seller in chandigarh n in my case i was having a defect in my camera n d phone's features are not very impressive.

Everything is good but the battery will be dead in less than a year.
Please note that the battery is not available and your phone will be trash after some time :(
Battery swells up and that is a potentially dangerous situation.

I did not buy on Flipkart. But the phone is very nice. One of the best phones as far as touch is concerned. Processor is fast. RAM adequate. Never hangs/ crashes. Have been using it for almost a Year now. Others cons like Lack of blue tooth transfer and Downloading only by Zune etc. can be dealt with.

Feedback after using the phone for 6 months:

Cons:
1. No Bluetooth is the biggest Drawback - Believe it or not, i have formatted my laptop twice to download zune software... After all the pains even today, unable to transfer files / music..

2. Poor Battery Life - Need to be recharged daily even for an avrage use on a daily basis.

3. Memory - 8 GB - Not enough, worse - No external memory cards allowed.

4. Internet Speed too slow.

Pros:

1. Good Camera

2. Good Display and Touchscreen.

Overall Rcommendation - Never ever go for any mobile product without a bluetooth.

I am using this phone for the last 9 months and here is what I think of this:
Pros:
a) Awesome processor and speed....this processor just does not hang
b) User Interface is superb..there is no lag while using the touchscreen
c) The camera puts normal digital cameras to shame
d) Sound quality, reception is very good
e) The display is very good and unless you are exposing it to direct sunlight the screen is visible quite well even outdoors

Now the cons:
a) No file transfer by bluetooth (need to download and install Zune for that on your PC)
b) Battery is not good (70-80% discharged after 16-20 hours of normal use that may include about 1.5 hours of talking)

I am using this phone from the last 8 months and fully satisfied with this phone. Now a days people run toward andriod and its true also that windows is far behind than andriod in only the matter of apps. except apps Windows rock..

the major drwaback of this fonr is that it doesnot have bluetooth sharing and it has to sync always with Zune. except that everything is best. in the last 8 months this fone never hangs..

the graphics of this is awesome..best part performance..

rest i suggest go to a samsung store or have a first hand experiance and then buy it..

Friends i hv been using this phone since 4 months n the lack of features in windows makes it pathetic as compared to othr mobile platforms,,.. Games r not good ,,just meant fr small children,, i hd bought this phone after loosing my android phone,,, n still regretting.. However if u compare it with lumia n it is far better :)

I am using this phone since 3 months and love the features of this phone.

Thought of getting a Android phone, but with few RnD on net and inputs from my friend...went on to pick Windows phone.

Pros-
Superb visual treat
Awesome responsiveness
Enough builtin memory

Cons-
Not easy to hold initially...later on u get used to it :)

FlipKart service is best as ever...

I would recommend this phone...as the best alternative to Andriod phones...in this range...For the ones who want to ..Stay different from the crowd... :)

I have used this phone for about a month, and the UI is much smoother and faster than my friends' iPhone, and Android. There's another phone Omnia M from the same manufacturer. I don't know why Samsung took that out. This phone is far better. I hope Samsung take out something similar for WP8. Waiting for you Samsung.
