The product worked okay for some time after which it started having problems in the form of smoke coming out of the machine. After putting a complaint about it, a person came and suspected that the problem is with the motor and that needs to be replaced. 15 days it has been since then and every time I call I get only one response from the service center that they are waiting for the part to arrive. It beats me how ordering a part from whatever-location-in-india will take 15 days, but that's how sorry their service is. I have tried to escalate to some higher authorities as well, one of them rather than helping or doing something about it was more worried about how could I have access to his number. Every time I call the customer center and escalate about the service center not doing anything, they promise that they 'll investigate the matter and I 'll get a call back in 2 hours, but the callback never comes. So, here is a problem, for which neither the service center nor the customer care guys are least bothered to solve. I have decided to probably wait for few more days after which I 'll go via the consumer court route.
My reccommendation is to not buy a product that is sub-standard and a customer care that is third-class.

Bad product and worst customer service from Samsung
The product worked okay for some time after which it started having problems in the form of non-operation as per selection at key-pad of the machine. After putting a complaint about it, a person came and suspected that the problem is with the board (key-pad) and that needs you need to pay Rs. 2100/- for board to be replaced. When I asked to give me receipt in written for the problem which is he said, then he refuse for the same & said the problem will be rectified for Rs 300/- only????
THEN HOW TO BELIVE THIS PERSON..... IS MY MACHINE IS FAULTY OR NOT.....
My reccommendation is to not buy a product that is sub-standard and a customer care that is third-class.
I bought this product in April 2012 at a samsung retailer.
The first two months were good.
From then on i faced problems and had to almost keep it unused.
The water doesnt drain out and in between the selected program comes to a stop. you then have to manually remove the water.
The ok things abt it:
1)the drier is quite good
2)electricity consumption seems less.
But the negatives outplay the positives and make it a very bad option.
have to change the washing maching now
It is a (basic) fully automatic w/m got @ price of 11.37k.
It is far more better than its pic...
As the Drum is Plastic,a little salinity in water is not a problem.
