I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Good Service and Delivery
I have ordered Sandisk pen drive 3 days back. Today i have received the product. Their service is fast. I am getting regular alerts regrading the product and delivery.

Very Good Product
I received this pendrive within a day of ordering on COD. Kudos to the Flipkart team for the brilliant delivery service, that too at the lowest possible rates.
Now coming to the pendrive review. The pendrive looks "CUTE" in simple words. I'll mention the Pros and Cons below:
Pros:
*Very handy
*Convenience and no tension of losing the Cap, as it has none
*4 GB space in such a small package. Nice
*Very light, being made fully of plastic
*SanDisk trust
*Brilliant USB reading speed!!
Cons:
*Conveniently small for being lost easily. I would suggest to put some kind of strap to prevent it from getting lost.
*The plastic body doesn't give assurance of a long life. However, the quality of plastic is really good.
*Lack of a cap or cover means the USB contacts can get dusty easily
*USB Writing speed a bit on the slower side, but nothing you can't live with
All in all, Its just a great pen drive to own. A very VFM proportion at this price. GO FOR IT! Thanks team Flipkart.

Great Service
I got my pen drive in less then 24 hrs after placing the order. Flipkart has impressed me.
The product is fine, it was neatly packed along with a bill. The speed is ok! 700Mb write in 2.5 mins and read in 60 secs. I went for the looks, I like the color and its a limited edition, and less than the market price.
