I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Good Pendrive...
Received this pendrive in time. Flipkart's shipping is excellent.
Sandisk Cruzer Blade 8GB:
Pros:
-Compact design easy to carry. Also very attractive and beautiful design.
-No cap. So no worries regarding loosing any.
-No slider or any moving parts. No problems with design either.
-Loop hole to put some carrying string.
Cons:
-Complete plastic body. Breakable. Extra care needed while using and carrying.
-No LED. That's not a problem for me but it is for some.
SPEED:
Writing Speed:
This pendrive is extremely fast for files upto 30 MB. The transfer takes within 1 to 2 seconds. But for files above 30 MB (for videos and movies) the speed falls to 5 MB/s. It is now be called a slow pendrive. Now, for smaller transfers like pdf, doc, jpg, mp3 and any other smaller files this pendrive is very fast but for multimedia files it becomes slow.
Reading Speed:
Don't bother about reading speed at all. It will never disappoint you. Reading speeds are always above 15 MB/s.
Over all, this is a nice compact good-looking 8 GB pendrive for a reasonable price from Sandisk/Flipkart.

Slow Speed
The data transfer rate is very low. The write speed may fall as low as 2 MB/s. Read speed is quite good though (about 15 MB/s or more).

Great Price
I have gift this pen drive to someone in Manglore. Although the delivery was 1 day late but the price is amazing. Specially in those places in which we are new we don't know the best places to buy. And the obvious places were giving the pen drive at MRP. So its amazing that you are getting such a cheap price sitting at your home. Thanks and all the best.

Amazing Service
I wouldn't talk about the quality of the drive..Because I don't expect it to be lightning fast..But I bought it two days back..and it got delivered today!amazingly...Thank you flipkart...That was lightning..
