I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

About Cruzer edge 8gb pen drive
I am a fan of sandisk as i am using sandisk pendrive from past 4 years...
I got this this new pendrive within two days from the date of order placement. Thanks to flipkart
about this pendrive not so good transfer speed
app 2.5MB/sec
my old sandisk, i still get avg of 7MB/sec...
so people looking for good transfer speed... just have a review of other products..........

Horrible
This flash drive is terrible apart from being terribly lightweight.
The transfer speed is god-awfully slow. It maxes out at 3 MB/s. I had a Transcend that did 5 MB/s and I thought that was slow.
When plugging in, it is so flimsy that you have to hold your thumb on the slider to make sure it does not push back into the holder.
But then again, you get what you pay for.
Do not buy this, spend a little extra and get a better product because this is absolutely the worst pen drive I have ever used.

Brilliant is all what i can say!
The best thing with this pen drive is that i left it in shirt pocket and it had a nice bathe in the washing machine and still the contents of the pen drive were as such. I was really amazed and i would wasily recommend this to everyone. Not to forget it has a decent data tranfer speed and a good design as u can see. Very handy to have.
