I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Eneloops are the best
These are original ones. Made in Japan. They re-charge the camera flash instantly after a shot. My earlier Sony made batteries used to take at least 20-25 seconds to re-charge the flash after a shot.
Best rechargeable battery available in the market.
Using this since last four years
You would not believe but I am using these batteries for last four years and i don't see even a wee bit of loss in performance If you buy a camera or anything that runs on rechargeable batteries these guys are must buy. These are pre charged so you don't have to worry even for the first time using them. They practically don't discharge themselves so even after you take out your camera after months the batteries will perform. They will not leak like other rechargeable. They have more mAh for longer shootings, they are absolutely best
Though i did not buy them on flipkart (~4 years ago I din't even know flipkart) I am recommending them to every foe or friend i come across asking for rechargeable batteries.

Truly Superb
These are one of few items I have ordered from flipkart which I think are without complaint great.
1) They really do hold the charge for long times, as they claim. I always had to remove the cells from my power hungry sx100, when going on vacation so that the batteries do not discharge, the next day. Well these do not need to be taken out of camera at all.
2) I have taken upto 250 shots in 2days and batteries still did not die, how's that.
3) Once I had to use energizer since I forgot the cells, guess what 5 shots and cell die on me.
and yes both the above figures for shots are with flash on most of the time.

it's for you if you click 10-20 clicks dailly ... as it's LSD
LSD is .....
low self Discharge !!! ....which retains the remaining charge for a long and do not discharge with time .... hence .....it's for you if you click 10-20 clicks dailly ...it will work for 2 to 3 weeks "AARAAMm SE"....i also recorded 30 mins HD recording by my Canon Power-shot working on 2 AA batteries ... means i can do 1 hour HD with these 2 pairs ...
The best AA batteries available
Eneloops are the best AA batteries available in the world.They can hold charge for a long time and are very reliable.Produces less heat than any other battery.Any NiMh chargers can be used for this one.But Smart chargers are best.All the chargers available here are timer based.So I prefer Sony NiMh charger(200ma-12hrs) which is better than one from Sanyo in my experience.
Eneloops are 1.3v when fully charged.
