Not suited for Mains.Although the book aims to be a complete manual for the Science and Technology part of the GS Mains paper of UPSC Civil Services. It falls short by quite a distance. One major reason being its superflous material and information that is absolutely of no use to the aspirant. Covering details which are absolutely impertinent to an aspirant reading this from cover to cover is quite laborious and partly a wastage of time. The topics by itself included are of decent quality and quite relevance however the material and its being up-to-the-date is a big issue.

Best book for Science and Technologic manualHi, I purchased this book last year from market not through flipkart though, as then I wasn't using flipkart services. When I started reading the book, I felt mesmerized and deeply attached to this book. The contents of this book are so concise and properly arrayed that every information looks complete in itself. The topics it uncovers are vast. I recommend it to all who are interested in S&T shall must refer this book. hope you would too enjoy reading it.
