I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Wrong Product
Please do not buy this scratch guard. The Samsung Omnia W has a SUPER AMOLED display. You CANNOT use a antiglare protector with a SUPER AMOLED display. The display is grainy and you get the 'rainbow-y' effect on the entire screen. Please just buy a clear type that's the only type compatible with the screen.

Not Good!
Very Grainy. Ruins the display totally. The display of this phone is excellent but after putting on this screen guard the screen appears grainy with erratic color dots.
So I would not recommend using this guard. either buy the clear type or handle the phone a little carefully.
I used the guard for a week and peeled it off.

Poor Visibility
I bought this screen guard despite of review comments. After having used it first hand, I can say that it was money not spent wisely. The guard reduced the clarity of the screen and also the sharpness of the tiles (in windows phone).
The edges (of tiles and text) appear broken and the over-all look is really blury.

Total Waste Of Money
I bought these as i didn't get one with my phone and kind of hoped this would work but it failed me.
worst thing is after applying this my super amoled screen looks worst than Nokia 2690 screen..
that's all i have to say..
don't buy this one ever...
anti glare thing also doesn't work...
