Amazing
Second coming will make you laugh...in bollywood's language its a complete Paisa vasool'.
The protagonist like any of us is confused yet in her own ways is simple and straight forward. The moment I had the book in my hand , wanted to finish it in a day as could not wait to know what will be the ending. Thank God it was a happy ending.

Awesome read
This book is a definite treat to read. Throughout the book, I was smitten by Mini's escapades and absolutely loved the chocoholic cherub. After a long time, I finished a book in a marathon reading. I couldn't put the book down as Mini's antics kept me turning pages. A light, fun, and interesting read.

Shubha Menon did a fantastic job. This is rom-com with a lot of comedy and lot of romance. In fact it has more humor and satire than comedy.

Quirky, with a message!!!
Shubha Menon’s The Second Coming deals with second chances in a refreshingly different way. When I heard about the plot, I knew for certain that I had to read this book!!! And I am glad I did. It is funny, quirky, refreshing, and a quick read.

Fast, fun read
I got the autographed book at the launch and I do no regret it.
Great fun story that is a quick read and takes you through a journey of funny, sensual anecdotes. My favorite part is that the characters come to life on every page and I can genuinely identify with who these people are.

GREAT INSIGHTS INTO THE NEW PROGRESSIVE INDIAN WOMAN
The second coming is a piece of work that delves into the new age woman's mindset and peels many insights about her. The new Indian women who is not afraid to disturb her equilibrium and seeks pleasure for the sake of pleasure alone. A woman who is critical of herself and how she looks yet does not let it come in way of who she desires to be. Some of the instances are sooo true and makes you feel..this is ME!! Well done Shubha!
