About Author :
Dr. Shriram Yerankar has been a teacher in Political Science for the last thirteen years. He holds M.A., M.Phil. and Ph.D. degrees in Political Science. His aeas of interest are Indian Government and Politics, Democratic Decentralization, and Human Rights. He worked as a Co-ordinator of National Youth Parliament Competition sponsored by Parliamentary Affairs Ministry, Government of India, New Delhi.
