Dr. Sudhindra Bhat litteraly copied, verbatim, the material from "Investment ManagementSecurity Analysis and Portfolio Management (7th Edition)" by Prof. VK BHALLA published by S. Chand & Company Ltd.(Pages). Chapters from lifted materials are: Chapter 1 Chapter 20, and Chapter 22.

And at the same time Mutual funds chapter lifted from amfi web site without acknowledgiung the site.

This called plagiarism at its worst.

One of the best book in SAPM, Chapters are explained in very simple language. I really appreciate the author%u2019s works.

This is an excellent book for those who want to delve into Investment Management, most often offered in 3rd Sem. here in India, requires knowledge of statistics (i.e. stats, econometrics...etc Intermediate level; 2nd year) when reviewing certain Risk and options; we need this for the book.
