I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Smooth & Elegant
In hindsight, after purchasing this item, this is exactly what i was looking for. I wanted to resume writing with fountain pens after a long hiatus and this pen is perfect. It is smooth, and writes extremely beautifully. It's an absolute pleasure writing with this instrument and I would recommend it to anyone who wishes to venture into fountain pens. I guess the minus points of this pen are probably it's grip, which is a tad slippery sometimes, and the fact that it is not the most elegant looking pens.
