I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

You'll love writing with this
I enjoy writing and always wanted to own a good fountain pen. Mont Blanc is way out of my budget right now, and so I decided to buy a more affordable Sheaffer.
I've had the Sheaffer Prelude for a few weeks now and it has been used to do a fair bit of writing. I love it and would recommend this model to anyone looking to buy a good, solid and elegant fountain pen. It writes smoothly and makes me want to write on and on!
Note: just make sure what sort of finish you want. The Prelude is available in two variants - glossy (355 FP) and matte finish (346 FP). Both have the same descriptions and reviews, which could cause some confusion. I ordered the 346 by mistake, and had to cancel it before calling for the 355.
Also, if you're going to spend 4k on a Prelude, splash out a little more and get a good brand of ink to go with it too. I use Sheaffer ink with my Prelude.

The Black Beauty
For a long time was thinking of going back to the writng mode, away from the routine typing, and wanted a good smooth writing fountain pen. After researching a lot landed on this black beauty. Sheer pleasure of writing brought back the memories of good old scholl days. Nothing to beat Sheaffer in producing one the best product. When ball pens are available at throw away price and can be thrown away, why would one go for this costly one. If you want to enjoy writing or even signing nothing to beat this beauty. Got this in two days from Flipkart with usual superb packing. Thanks FK for a great product and well supplied.
