Shoot The Stars

This book is about my emotions and about having a drinking problem. The poem "Shoot the Stars" is about a woman who argues all the time and how I cope with it. Most of the poems are about people I have met and places I've been, but also about my imagination and what I have seen. At one point I hit rock bottom and was placed in a homeless hostel where they pushed me to write. I used to read the poems in this book at prayer meetings and one day someone said, "You will have a book published." Thank you, PublishAmerica. Now my dream has come true.
