first of all hats off to the flipkart ppl! i mean u guys are amazing, i searched for this novel everywhere,guess what even at the WORLD BOOK FAI this year in new delhi , but just couldnt find it nowhere!
but at FK it was just a click and 3 days away!
plus i got a 100 rs discount too!
Since when i had cn Leonardo dicaprio's movie i longed to read this book, and now that i am actually reading it, i find itz even better than the Martin Scorcee's film!
the novel is a very easy read,obviously thats y it bcame a best seller. but those who love to read literary stuff might as well lyk it coz of the gripping story.

This is is one of those books ( and Lehane is one of those rare breed of authors), that keeps one engrossed till the very end. And as for the ending...wow! One of the most intriguing finishes I have ever read.
A complex plot neatly told with some stupendously innovative verbalism, Shutter Island isn't shy of anything with regards to both plot and characterization and language and style.
I highly recommend it to everyone.
And Flipkart's doing some great job out there. Thanks all of them. I received it in just two days of ordering it.
