I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Poor packaging by e-xpress Interactive Software
I do not understand why they are using cheap paper sleeves for packing the disc instead of a jewel case. This is cost-cutting of the worst kind and damages discs instead of protecting them. The product is the disc, and once scratched it is useless. The discs are obviously getting scratched even before being sold to the customer, and they can surely do better..
Thankfully the disc worked despite the numerous scratches.
Prompt delivery by flipkart once again, great game too!

this is a great TBS(Turn Based Strategy) title
Civilization has always been my favourite TBS series and it sure lives up to its famous name in this installment of the beloved franchise. Including things like religion,great people,world wonders it makes a pleasure to play and conquer the virtual world.
Its a must buy for strategy enthusiastics.

Total waste of money..
I bought this game elsewhere but i strongly advice u DONT BUY THIS GAME. Here are the reasons-
1)The warriors are bigger than ur city.
2)Bad graphics
Plz people do not buy this game u will find it fun only till 2 or 3 days then u get extremely bored.
If u really dont want to listen to me then buy this at ur own risk.
