I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

For The Love Of Writing
Got this pen couple of days back. It is absolutely a delight to hold the product and use it. I don't know about others but I have been a pen freak since my childhood and I can with delight and pleasure say that it is a product worth investing in.

Product is good....trigle shape.....value for money.....packing is good.....finishing is also good..............................................
but, at the time of opening....alignment is not perfect.....
