A Single Heart

Kevin Grant's seventeenth birthday was supposed to be a special night. His parents were taking him and his girlfriend, Sharon Walker, to his favorite steakhouse -- that is, until she called to cancel, and eventually break up with him. Now he must face some realities about his spiritual life that he has been ignoring. Through his trusted counselor and cousin, Jim Brown, he commits not to date or have a girlfriend until those areas of his life are strengthened: working on his relationship with God, his family and friends. When his new commitment begins, problems begin to surface. As his football career starts to excel, he meets LaurenAnne Perone, and now his heart must be guarded against breaking his commitment. Through a series of adventures and events, Kevin learns to trust God for strength and success in keeping his commitment.
