Skullcandy S2INCZ-034 Headphone

I guess its not worth mentioning anymore how remarkable FlipKart's service is . Lets talk about the product , which I got in 1 day .

Well, it does transform my iTouch4 into that pulsating boom-box ... superlative bass reproduction, no doubt . This is the only in-ear earphone below 1K which deserves to be hooked into your iPod . Noise cancellation - superb !
However , my trained ears found something amiss . The fidelity one expects in Low & Mid-range is somewhat damp . So if you are into Techno & Hip-Hop - this fits the bill , but if its western classical or even soft soul songs ( say Carpenters ) this one doesnt score high I'm afraid . I'm not into serious Indian music , but my gut feel says this may not do well there too . Philips & Sony are the best for that genre .
Someone said it right , if you are going for Skullcandy , make sure your player has built-in EQ . With a 10-channel Equalizer things turn sweet . I had to install the 3 dollar EQ App in my iPod to take the best juice out of this .

And there are serious negative reviews in Amazon about its DURABILITY . They say it lasts 1 to 2 months before one speaker goes kaput . Well, it does look delicate , the wires are thin & the joints flimsy . So, definitely not for trekking / gymming & rough handling ... throwing on the bed with weights on top . We Indians usually take care of electronics as fragile pieces of equipment unlike the americans , so I guess this should last me at least an year of use . Lets see .

And yup the RED wires looks definitely cheesy & un-cool . Bit like the red strings used on a mithai dabba . Lousy red that . Go for other colors .

But overall happy with the purchase . Planned for Creative EP-830 ( Sennheiser fakes are all over & the real ones are more than 2K ) , but am happy that this one did the job .

I bought this earphones a few months back, and I loved them! The bass quality was awesome, so was the sound. It was all what I had expected from SkullCandy.
After a few months now, the headphone jack has some problems and I can't get these earphones to work. It started with the left earpiece and now both of them aren't working. I have a past record of damaging earphones, but I didn't think it would break so soon. So, i would say these are awesome earphones until you manage to break them. Very delicate.

It may be less cost for foreigners but its much for indians.

By the way the product is just awesome. You can hear everything so clear and every beat. Awesome for the hip/hop genre.

I just got 2 gel sizes ,that's a problem
along with the wire doesn't feel nylon braided, it may or may not be.

Its very durable if you have read the forums in which there were complaints that these broke early.

Then please do check the praises coz i don't think you've read about them.

5 STAR rating is sure are they are very comfortable, durable, good in quality.

At last its the best colour (BLACK/RED) for anyone to choose.

You'll just love it for its features and look.

The stencil is a waste OF-COURSE.

I recieved my Skullcandy S2INCZ-034 earplugs few hours back and I am writing this review listening to songs from it.

This is an excellent value for money product. Also its a SkullCandy and they stand for quality.

I ordered the item on Monday (2nd July) and recieved it today (4th July). Flipkart, as usual, excellent !

I used to have a sony earbuds earlier but i broke it accidentally. Before that I used a creative earplugs, which by far is the best one i have ever owned.

To sum it up, this is a very trendy and stylish looking skull candy...which is definitely value for money.

Cons.

1. Only two pairs of silicon ear piece. One is too big for me and the other is too small for me.

2. Left/Right is written very tiny so its difficult to understand which goes into left and which goes into right ear.

I usually listen to music on full volume because i like the boom effect and skullcandy wow even at half the volume on my Ipod classic it still gives me amazing clarity and bass!! Love them.. proud of my decision to buy after lots of dumb purchases prior to this on and Flipkart you guys are doing an amazing job for a 100 percent anxious customer like me by saving me from the misery of waiting! i love you Flipkart!!
